I'm interested in this work but would appreciate seeing the sort of pictures you need to be cut out first. Could you post one or two here, please?

Is there any chance of uploading a picture so we can see what is required.

J. S. on 12/03/2010 10:18Hello - 600 images to cut out for "Less than £250" - works out at 42p per image if you agreed on the price of £250!
I've cut out a lot of imagery in the past for 42 day shoots for F&M and M&S - theres a lot of work involved there if its to be done properly with the PATHS tools rather than 'selecting the background colour' like some other less experienced retouchers do...
So...
Can we see what sort of image you have to send first please.

N. G. on 12/03/2010 10:21Hi
Would be great of you could send a couple of sample pictures to get an idea of the work involved.
Are the images to be used for print or online?
How would you require the finished clipped images - PSD, EPS, Jpegs etc

N. S. on 12/03/2010 11:01Hi Sam
I'm curious to see a sample image to know what's involved. Cutting-out, however, is a precision job and at the price you are offering you'll probably get what you pay for!

A. B. on 12/03/2010 11:15Hi Sam.
Well well well here we go again! The previous two jobs you put on this site at ridiculously low remuneration seem to have disappeared without trace. So what's the point? Who are you getting to do these jobs for **** all money?
As Jane (below) points out 600 images at £250 is 42 pence per image. That means that if you spent, say, 5 minutes on each cut out (which is possible if you're a robot with the ability to slow down time) you'd be able to do 12 cut outs in one hour, which means you'd be earning £5 an hour.
So you can work it out yourself I'm sure.
To earn anything decent, like £25 an hour you'd need to be knocking these cut outs of yours at a rate of one a minute! Again, I'm sure that's possible, but unlikely that you'd get the 'high standard' that you're after.
Best of luck finding a sucker who's willing to do that. Although at the point of writing this you already have 13 people who are willing to lower themselves to this level!
No doubt this job will go the same way as the last two jokes you put on here.
Regards, Alan

I bet someone will be happy to do this work for much less than 250 anyway
S. M. on 12/03/2010 12:05Totally agree. Low renumeration for shed loads of work....?

R. G. on 12/03/2010 15:09DEAR SAM H. for the term of clipping out i understand that you want to be used photoshop or adobe illustrator. Clipping out means in Adobe Photoshop to use Clipping Layer Mask, As for the Adobe Illustrator Clipping out means to do with pen tool a selection over the object or a photo to clip out the object from the background.

J. B. on 13/03/2010 21:16this works out at around 41p per image, without even taking into account the fee from people per hour! Is this a realistic costing! 600 images depending on complexity could take a long time, I have done this sort of work before and the going rate is £2.50 per image...
T. B. on 15/03/2010 14:35Hello,
I am very interested in working on this project with you. Can you please supply examples so that i can see what you need exactly. I have 8 years working for a top London Agency. I am highly skilled at this type of work and a perfectionist.
Kind Regards
Tim
M. C. on 15/03/2010 16:53Hi Sam,
I would have loved to have bid on this, but the price is too low - less than 50p per picture? To do this to a professional standard it takes about 10mins per picture (so about 100 hours, or £1000 based on £10 per hour). Please contact if you are still interested.
