Changes to customised Magento store - Magento Expert required

I need help with a heavily customised Magento store that I have built and working nearly as we want it to.

The front page of the site is almost a price calculator where there are several steps:
- choose product type
- choose width
- choose height
- choose additional options
- choose finish

The price is generated from a CSV that is set up a long the lines of:
width | height | type of door | finish

As you can imagine there are a lot of rows due to the high number of combinations there are. I have to duplicate the rows for every finish (there are over 30 finishes).

I need the system changing so that I don't have this unnecessary reptition / all of the data entry

The finishes can be grouped into two types:
standard finish (red, blue, green, yellow etc)
laminated finish (wood, pine, mahogany etc)

So I need the system changing so we can group the finishes into a type, and change the pricing csv column to type colour - this way I only have 2 sets of data for each type of product

The system works from modifications made to the files:
/public_html/app/design/frontend/base/default/template/catalog/product/view/options.phtml

/public_html/app/code/core/Mage/Catalog/Model/Product/Type/price.php


I think this will be almost a full days work for an Magento specialist. Please bid if you think you can help - and I can post you a message with the site URL and hopefully the above will become clear.

I need this completing urgently as I have been let down.
