Change Website To WordPress

I have a website that I would like to change to Wordpress. I already have domain name and page play out. I would like the site to look the same as it does at the moment. I just want the basics done, with our logo put on. There is not much content on the site , this will be added when the site is up and running. If done well I have another site that I want to convert to wordpress. It has to look professional and set up so that we can work on it ourselves without having to come back to you.
