Call Log System

We require a very basic cal logg system where you can add information for example:

business name
contact name
tel number
address
email add
web site address
fax number
business sector
notes field
date
a calendar where you can move the record for a call back for tomorrow for example and a time call back as well
able to add and delete records

The above just need to have a program which can be stored on our desktops and everyone can log in using the same log in username and password.

Also need the facility to have a record move from a lead to a sale and a record to no sale field as well.

What we want is a simple logg system and user friendly.
