Title:Business Plan, Financial Projections and Marketing Plan for Podiatry Surgical Instruments Seller

Hi,
I am in the process of starting up a new business to supply Podiatry Surgical Instruments into the NHS and I would like a Business, Sales and Marketing plan written up,.
The Plan writer should be able to write a comprehensive Business and Marketing plan for this exciting new product launch.
Targeting the right audience and researching and doing a feasibility study to find information and were the Marketing and PR should be targeted. The plan should entail Pre and post launch of the prodct also detailing the full business idea.
The Business and Marketing plan is for the purpose to apply for Bank Lending so the plan should have a good understanding and really disect the business as if a bank manager is reading it.
High standard of written and spoken English essential. If you dream and think in English this job is for you.
I must insist on high quality for this, someone with a lot of experience of Writing Business plans would be considered, not a have a go hero who thinks they know how to write but never has.
I would like to see some porfessional examples which would include anything which I can view i.e. other work you can attach and send to me.
I also must insist on UK freelancers only and will not consider any cheap bids from India. Please feel free to bid what your professional rate/price is and please understand that I am not going to go with the lowest bid at all, I may go for the highest bid. I am more insterested in quality of work than price.
I would require an agreement something like, unlimited revisions on the final copy.
