Brochure Template Design

I am looking for somebody to design template pages of a brochure in Adobe Illustrator which we can then populate ourselves with text and images. The brochure will be A4 size. We require a front cover, 3 types of single pages and 1 double page template which we can then add photographs and text too (so 5 designs in total). I then want to be able to add pages to our brochure over time myself using AI.

We are a renewable energy and low energy equipment installation business so the brochure needs to reflect this. The brochure will basically outline the company, who we are, what we do and why we do it, it will include photos and information of the systems we have installed which is another reason why I want to be able to add to it myself.
