Title:Branding for Startup Training Company

Job Description

A new start up training company is looking for a designer to work with over next few years, ideally based in South West / M4 Corridor.

Scope

Design Elements
1) Logo
1.1) Three creative options and branding company logo suitable for multiple uses (including business cards, letterheads, pop up banners and web site where the dimensions are a maximum of 336px x 56px)
1.2) Work up chosen option into final design for approval
1.3) Corporate style guide in word and powerpoint 2007

2) Web images also to include
2.1) Top scroller: Image Dimensions 776px x 124px (5 images required)
2.2) Top three boxes: Image Dimensions 197px x 137px
2.3) Bottom three boxes: size to be confirmed
2.4) Animated (flash) consulting model with stages in the process Dimensions: 192px by 192px.

3) Stationary Design
3.1) Branded business card design
3.2) Complements slips design
3.3 Branded PowerPoint 2007 temple design for B&W print and projection
3.4) Branded Word 2007 letterhead design

4.0) Publications and Marketing Design
4.1) Branded A4 course outline for use as client testimonial, proposal template, flyer template etc in Word 2007
4.2) Design for full colour ’¼ page advetisment
4.3) Design branded four exhibition pop ups

Phsical Deliverables
1) Proof copies of all artwork for approval
2) CD of art work supplied in word2007, JPG and eps and source files (e.g. Adobe illustrator or equivalent)

Optional Stationary
Branded Business Cards (minimum 500 depending on economics)
Four pop ups for exhibitions and conferences

Work will be awarded subject satisfactory first meeting. Please provide prices for each item as not all will be required at start up (depending on costs). Please also provide hourly rate for extras fixed for the next two years.

Correction the budget is more than £1000 not £10,000.

I was interested in bidding on this project when you had the more generous budget of £10,000, which i think is realistic for the 2-3 years you intend to hire someone to do the extent of work you require. Plus, i'm not prepared to relocate my business and family to Newbury.

Before I spend valuable time compiling a quote and bidding on this project. You need to be fair and honest! Are you likely to hire someone further north?

No I would prefer someone local so that we can meet and share ideas. Even in a virtula world nothing can replace face to face some times

Have car, won't pay £80-100 round trip for meetings when the highest possible budget is £3000 for up to 3 years work. I'm sure Newbury is bursting with creative talent, regularly checking the projects on PPH for such a fantastic opportunity.
