Job Description

A position is now available for a freelance bookkeeper for a London based publishing company.

The company provides data on the international construction market.

The company has provided data to leading international contractors for over 10 years, and is known for high levels of professionalism, attention to detail, and integrity.

The company currently has approx. 20 clients, all outwith the UK.
Income is generated solely through annual subscription. Renewal dates are spread throughout the year, approx. 2 per month, and the company has a high retention rate for existing clients.

Tasks:

Client Facing
1) Account Manager for the company, Respond to all client account queries written or telephone(infrequent).
2) Invoicing, credit control.

Internal
Review invoices submitted by contractors and pay contractors.
Quarterly management account.
Quarterly VAT returns
Assist in preparing annual return.
Other task as required.

A Trial period up to March 31 2012 is proposed.

Job Budget

Type:Per Hour

Contract duration:9 Days

Weekly commitment needed:3 Hours Per Week

Budget:£8 - £20 per hour (Approx $13 - $32)
