Blog writer

I am looking for a creative blog writer to start posting blogs on one of our 5 brands blog sites. If everything goes well and we are happy with your work we would like you to blog on all 5 sites.

We would like you to create and submit 1 blog per week to us and we will commission you for 4 blogs to start off with. So 1 months worth in our eyes. As time goes on and all being well we would increase this amount and commission you for more per week. You will be submitting the blogs to us and we will add them to our website.

The website you will be blogging on is related to the property inventory sector, so anyone who has created blogs for this line of work would stand out for us. But we are looking for someone who is capable and creative more so than anything.

The blogs should be between 250 - 600 words. I will provide you with some of our SEO keywords that you can use in your blog but you will have to create a unique title and content. Please don't even think about copying anyones work, we use copyscape.com and if found to be using someone elses work we will not pay for the blog and not ask you to work for us anymore. So 100% unique content please.

Keep the tone light and chatty, not too serious. The topics don't have to be all about transcription but please make them relevant. Stories, past experiences, trends, rumours, news, information, that sort of thing. We want a blog where people will follow it and join in on commenting so don't make it boring please.

We will pay from £5 up to £9 per blog and a 50% deposit for all four blogs and then the rest on competition. So base your bid on that please and indicate how much you would charge for all four blogs.

Please include some examples of you work as well, if you are a good blogger you wouldn't mind doing this and it shows us who is serious and who just wants any old job.
