Blog commenting service

I am looking for blog commenter's. Do-Follow blog commenters.

I require the blog commenter to find high PR blogs/pages that allow submissions where the commenter will post content in a variety of blogs etc.

The content will be to promote either a product/service/website/forum or blog with the aim of link building to help rank higher on search engines or promote/advertise a specific product etc.

The blogs should target a specific niche in relation to the product/service etc.

The blog comments should be unique and not spam orientated! All posts must be 100% approved by the blog/page to count.

Some requirements:

- All the comments must contain anchor text in the content via main keywords that will be provided.
- All comments posted should be with do-follow blogs so that links are tracked by search engines.
- All content and comments must be relevant on topic and not robot generated.
- 100% approval rate.
- Links must be permanent.
- Page Ranks from PR2-PR6 must be used!
- 30-40 words long for each comment.

The budget I have selected is an estimate and negotiations will happen before a bid is accepted. Currently this work is on going, I am sourcing this work myself and looking for someone to carry it out for me.
