Bid Management:
- Identifying, responding to and managing the complete bid response process
for installation of ICT equipment and services to (mainly new-build) schools
- Managing the complete special bid (Becta/DfE, key deals and special bids) responses for Joskos Solutions and working with the sales team and technical architects to deliver a winning bid
- Building and managing supply chain partnerships (AV suppliers, Cabling Partners, any partners and specialist technology specified in winning bids)
- Appraisals and ongoing review of bid process to develop stronger customer orientated bid responses
