Job Description

We are looking for someone to make follow-up telephone calls to a mail shot that has been sent to companies in Germany. The role would be to:

* Telephone the companies to ensure they have received the postal mail shot;
* Discuss any queries the person has about the mail shot;
* Establish if they have any future requirements we would be able to get our Account Manager to visit them to discuss;
* Confirm if they are happy for our Account Manager to keep in touch with them in the future.

There is no selling involved as this is more about relationship building.

The person we are looking for would need:

* To be fluent in German
* A friendly and outgoing telephone manner
* To have basic computer literacy

The role would be for about 2 weeks but could possibly be extended.

The hours would be between 9am and 4pm although we could be flexible subject to availability.
