Automation or Executable File

Hi i require some work done fast. I have looked into different ways of doing it and i have got a copy of automate 8 which i believe will do the challenge but im up for ideas! This is what i need to do:
I need to search for all names in the individual insolvency register and click on the surnames to open up the details but only the once's with type=IVA. Then cross-reference the surnames & postcode with the BT phone book. If there is a number: output to a word document and save as (surname)(orderdate) and save to a specific folder. If no number is present just keep going until you get one. I hope this makes sense.
