Job Description
Company requires help to automate commission system, which is currently run twice a month involving approx 4000 transactions to 80 agents. Commission report is downloaded into txt or excel and currently manually produced.
We need to automate this report to enable. a) automatic email to agents of their commissions. b) creation of upload payment file to send to bank. c) upload file for purchase ledger into Pegasus. d) creation of meaningful cumulative management report.

I am a CIMA qualified Accountant (1994) who moved into the Financial Systems arena in 1997.
I have been working as a Freelance Financial Systems Consultant for around 9 years now and in addition to a range of Implementation Projects I have worked on the development and enhancement of a number of different finance systems.
This has included on more than a few occasions, working on the automation of payment files from a number of different finance systems during this time. (to Albacs, LloydsLink etc).
I have worked with MS Excel since Excel 5 and am very familiar with all versions up to Excel 2007 (including VBA coding) plus have good practical relevant experience with MS Access, sql again in a range of versions during this time.

i have real time experience on automating reports in excel using vba,and even integrating with outlook to send out mails as an attachement. I am ready to take up this project.
