Augmented Reality in Flash

We need some help developing an Augmented Reality interface using Flash (most likely using OpenCV). A relatively simple and short project for anyone with experience in this.

This project is for a pitch to a prospective client that we simply don't have the time to produce. If successful will lead to plenty more similar work (and the winning bidder being the priority subcontractor for further projects with this client).

We need the interface to do 2 things:
Firstly the augmented reality, using the users webcam digitally map a pair of 3D
glasses (made up of a front and 2 side on pngs with transparent backgrounds) onto the users face. We have the majority of the source material and code snippets etc you will need for this.
Secondly, a fallback for when the user has no webcam where they can select and upload an image witch then has the glasses mapped onto their face.

The platform should be self-contained and run as an swf.
The platform needs to be able to have the content controlled by an external XML file and automatically adjust the amount of glasses available for the user to try on via this.
