Job Description

We produce Architectural Visuals for property developers and require some help with our current 3D modelling workload. We are looking for someone experienced in producing 3D Architectural models of UK properties (this is essential) to produce base house models and site scenes. You will have had experience in producing accurate 3D models of apartments, detached, semi- detached properties for UK property developers. We will also require you to model the site scenes as well.

We will texture the models, add in the RWPs, front doors and windows. We will supply you with drawings of the properties, the site scene, model elements that are unique to our illustrations and an example of one of our models along with an explanation of how we need it modelling.

We will require the models in 3DS Max 2008 format.

Initially we will be able to commission you for between 7 - 10 models. Please can you let me have your best price per model (assume detached and semi detached properties for the purposes of this quote). Please note that alot of our final decision will be based on the quotes we receive as we will assume that anyone applying will have good experience with UK architecture and can model properly.

Please note that we will be texturing the models, rendering and completing all the post production. All we require are the technically accurate non textured 3D models of the building and site.

Before commencement we will also require you to sign an NDA.

Hi,

I was wondering how can one bid without having a detailed information of 3D to be made? It could be a 2 bed small house or it could be large church building with very fine details. If you could provide a set of drawings and 3D requirement, then I'll be in a better position to bid. If email provided, I can email my sample work.

hi, i have a vast experience of 7 years in teh feild . i can provide mdoels from low polygon to high polygon depending on the client requirements.
i work on autocadd so that u dont have dimesion issue for large scale models. iuse 3ds max along with vray . my positive side is my work rearly requires photoshop re touch . cuz i can deliver teh work so perfect even in raw renders.if u like my portfolio kindly invite me for biding. aswell.
