Title:Appointment setting

Location:Anywhere

Job Description

We are a small Will Writing business embarking on a B2C telemarketing campaign to generate Will appointments for our consultants from lists which we provide. It is highly likely that there will also be a requirement for B2B calls going forward for the right applicant.
We are initially running a 20-30 hour trial. The successful bidder will have extensive experience in telemarketing, both B2B and B2C, and should be prepared to be proactive in helping us to tailor the project to our market needs. Ideally we aim to be making 100+ hours of calls each week in the medium term so we may need to use more than one bidder later on. In any case we need people who can dedicate at least 15 hours per week if the trial is successful and both partes are happy.
We need to start quickly, possibly in 1-2 weeks and will consider bids from anywhere in the UK. Bidders need to be able to demonstrate empathy when calling as this is a sensitive subject for many people.
