Initially this is a one off trial, for a fixed price plus commission. If successful this could become an ongoing assignment.

Hello Matthew, I like the sound of this but a bit confused, you mention 8 hours & then also 2 days duration, so you want 1 day a week for 2 weeks as a trial is that correct? thanks

regards

Sue Ellen

hi sue

no it is an 8 hour trial, obviously it cannot be done in one day so i put it across 2

be aware though, our guys make an appointment an hour at present so you would need to make 6-8 appointments if you took this on

regards

Hello Mathew,
I have marketed to companies such as Carillion plc, Blackstone, Sir Robert McAlpine, Land Securities Plc, London & Regional Properties, Grosvenor Ltd, Ballymore Properties Ltd, Hammerson Plc, MWB Group Holdings Plc, SEGRO Plc and many, many more and can honestly say that if your guys are getting one fully qualified appointment with a decision maker per hour PAY THEM A LOT MORE MONEY!!

In my experience (which is extensive and includes projects for the department of business innovation and skills, the department for communities and local government and a host of private companies whom I cannot name by reason of commercial confidentially) you virtually never get to speak with the decision maker on the first attempt, they are either out of the office, out of the country, in a meeting or off site. They have legions of gatekeepers whose job it is to ensure you DONT get to speak with them. When you do finally get through the gatekeepers (assuming you have the skill to do so) invariably they want written info or email details and a follow up call once they have read your information. Do yourself a favour and forget about an 8 hour 2 day trial. I honestly believe you shall be throwing away your money.

Healthy regards,
Brian.
