Appointment Booking - Inbound Leads

I am looking for an experienced, friendly telemarketing operative to take inbound leads and turn them into a scheduled 'product tours'. The client is a B2B provider of powerful software that already benefits several high profile companies. Prospective customers interested in seeing a demonstration of the software fill in a 'Guided Tour Request' online, this request includes a name, phone number and company name etc. These inbound leads need someone to follow them up, confirm an appropriate time for a sales person to take them through the software (takes 20mins max) - this is done over the phone too - not face to face, but your role will just be to schedule the demo's not carry them out.
