Application Logo and Icons

I am developing an Application for my company and I am looking for someone to create an High Resolution Logo for the application. The logo needs to incorporate part of the company existent logo. I will also need 16px, 32px, 48px, 64px and 128 px versions of the logo so that I can use as icons.

The logo will need to be web 2.0 styled.

I will be providing more information regarding as per request. I really don't know what kind of information you do need to bid.
