Title:Annual Return due for filing with Companies Hse & 1st year tax return

Location:Anywhere

Job Description

I have a ltd company which was setup in May last year, I'm an IT professional and contract to one company in the City. I have my sales/debt info for the prior year, but no way near trial balance - I need advice on what can be legitimately submitted. I want to have help in preparing my accounts to trial balance, but am prepared to pay for this service (if also certified). I have to submit my annual return to companies house by 2/6/11. I need my personal tax and NI calculated for 2010/11 along with Corporation Tax, which needs paying 5/2/2012. Happy to pay for a fast and efficient service, I'm located in SE London.
