Animated logo - for web

We require a small flash animation for our logo.
This animation should follow the steps illustrated whereby square particles are moving around a main area and forming the shape of the logo. This is very much on the same theme as Channel 4 title sequence where the shape come together when you look at it from a certain angle – but in this case it’s 2 dimensional and goes in loop. This should illustrates the fact that the content in the area of our site that is called knowledge centre contains a lot of documents that are refreshed very often and of various type (vids, audio, docs…)

Flash seems to be the most appropriate but open to other suggestions.
File Size is 212 x 247 px and file size in kb should be minimal.
Will require the master artwork file (fla when job is done)
