Animated Gif 2d

I have a 2d caterpillar character as part of a logo (cartoon style). I need it to be animated, as a GIF, for a website. The intention is to give the site a little movement - it will be front and centre on the home page, as well as in the header.

The caterpillar needs to move his head, blink, move his eyes, antenna, and arm - in a loop. It's for a kids product, so needs to be happy and fun.

I have attached a jpg of the caterpillar but i have the original as a vector illustrator EPS.

Job needs to be completed quickly - before Wednesday evening UK time.
