Android Java App Programmer

I have an Idea for a couple of Google Android Apps.

I have little experience in programming in Java and need some one you can effiecently programme and debug a couple of Apps for Android.

I would be looking to develop a longer term relation ship for the project with an aim that the provider will be able to update and improve on Applications as and when newer android os versions are released, and to reflect customer improvement requests.


Please advise level of experience and previous projects that you have worked on providing examples if possible.
