Title:Ajax PHP Penny Auction Script Modifications needed.

I have a Ajax PHP Penny Auction Script which needs some modifications.
The script is feature rich and relatively bug free and as far as I know stable. It is also hosted on a VPS server for as much performance as possible.
The main development needed is as follows:
1. Major Layout modifications, change the way auctions are displayed and shift some elements around like the log in, banners, slider ect. Integrate tweets this in auctions ect.
2. Build in a rewards store pretty much like they have at bidcactus.com
3. Upgrade the help section so it runs a little like: www.happybidday.com (just need a side menu and pulled in help articles on the same page.
3. Integrate a hot or not rating system for the upcoming auctions. I already have the files for this and they just need bolting in.
4. General modifications to make the script function better and in a more fluid format.
I have the full brief available should anyone require it.
Please only bid if you are familiar with the script, have worked on penny auctions before and are a serious web programmer/designer.
