Adwords training needed

We’re really looking for a brilliant AdWords person.

We are a small business who would like to optimise our AdWords campaign and to make sure that it is being run as efficiently as possible.

What we’d like is for an expert to investigate if we are using the optimum amount and type of keywords for what we’re interested in, whilst keeping within our budget. We have been running the adwords campaign for the last couple of months. We have reduced our bounce rate (it did peak at about 90%, probably because I was not using sensible keywords!)

The appropriate person must be Google AdWords Certified.

I would like to have a better understanding of how the google adwords campaign works so that I can decided if I want to self manage or outsource the management of it. I suggest that this would involve a series of lessons conducted via skype.
