This may be a bit of a strange request. I need a very knowledgeable web developer to take a look at a web site that I have paid for from another company. The web site is still unfinished 9 months later and I am £1200.00 out of pocket. As far as I can see no effort has been made whatsoever. I have given so many warnings and now it seems action is called for.

I need someone independent to have a look on my web host account and go through the site and give me an honest opinion of how much work has been carried out and document what has been done up to this date. It looks like I will be taking the developer to court as I have a very strong case but I would like an independent statement from any successful bidder.

The agreement was for a whole site matching my brief (cms site with eccommerce) to be finised by May 2009 and as I have said it has never been finished and he's saying he's keeping £600.00 for work already done. I have to move fast because he has until Tuesday before I issue legal proceedings.

This should be quick and easy cash for any bidder as I have said not much has been done.
