Title:Administrator for Photography Tuition Business
Location:Anywhere
Job Description
I run CameraTrails, a photography tutition business. It's based in London, but growing fast, and I'm expanding it to other cities.
For this reason, I'm finding that I could do with some help with some of the administrative aspects of the business. In particular:
- Responding to e-mail and phone booking requests, then booking people onto our courses using our admin area on our website.
- E-mailing participants prior to the courses with the information they need.
- Printing and laminating handouts, then posting them to our tutors.
- Calling and rebooking participants if we need to cancel.
There are likely to be other things in the medium term, as things get even more busy!
I'm looking for someone who has good references, is highly organised and who is excellent with people and customer service. Our business is built on a friendly, tailored service where people feel like individuals. You don't need to be 'into' photography, but if you are, then that's a bonus too!
We can provide all the setup and training you need!

J. T. on 20/05/2010 16:02Hello I'm an English secretary working remotely from my home in The Netherlands. I have all the equipment necessary including Skype for communication purposes. I am a very keen photographer and have also been working for the last four years or so with my photography. I am now building up my secretarial business and putting my photography back to being more of a hobby. I would be very interested to discuss this position with you, so if you think we could make it work please "invite me to bid" via my profile page. I will then put together a proper bid for you to see. With very best wishes, Jo

S. B. on 04/06/2010 17:52Hi Miss D,
The job will need to be home based, or at your office. The postage, and material costs would be covered by us. The priority for the laminating/printing has been reduced now, as we have got someone doing some of it. However, the other aspects of the job remain as posted.
Kind Regards,
Simon
H. L. on 07/06/2010 14:36Hi
Please could you clarify what you mean by covering material costs and also how much printing will need to be done? Will this be black and white or FPC?
Many thanks
