Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

This position will be responsible for scheduling meetings, calendars, light e-mail, presentations and overall day to day faxing, mailing correspondence. Will be responsible for reporting in Excel and converting into Word documents for monthly reporting purposes. Handles basic hardware and software ordering for organization.

Qualifications
Requirements:

HS diploma/GED
*
Basic MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
*
3+ years Previous Administrative Assistance Experience
*
1+ year Proven ability to anticipate possible issues and support as needed
