Title:Admin help to find care home

Job Description

My lovely mum in law is increasingly frail and needing to move to a care home. We have been supplied with a huge list by the social services people and no-one seems keen to stick their neck out and make positive recommendations.
We want to get it right first time and find a long-term solution.
Initially we've narrowed it down by postcode and now need someone to take the postcoded list and contact around 10 care homes in Edinburgh to:
a) find out if they have the facilities to care for her (we'll supply further info) and if so,
b) get them to send us literature (or note their website address)
c) get an idea of weekly costs - preferably in a single room
d) make a weekend appointment for me to go in to see the place and take some general photos to show her. (allow 2 hours between appointments)
e) report back to us on these actions within a week of commencing the task
She's currently in sheltered accommodation so she can wait a little for space in the best available option.

Extra info: Apologies - need to add info as most of the respondents are over-complicating this project. All the homes on the list are near my own home. The main info gathering will be done on our own physical visits.
We just need one initial contact telephone call to clear that they handle the specific situation, then make an appointment and get their website or request a brochure. I'll then get the info on the ground as these places vary a lot and I need to suss them out myself to create a shortlist for her to visit and decide.
