We are looking for an accountant for our new, small limited company. We will require the following;
 Annual accounts and corporation tax returns
 Quarterly VAT returns
 PAYE setup & payroll for 2 directors only
 Tax advice on salary/dividends
 2 x self assessment returns
Annual turnover is expected to be around £60k, we are on flat rate VAT and are a consultancy business, so no stock involved. Approx. 30 sales invoices per year and expenses will be basic items such as phone, mileage, hotels and food etc.
