Hi Sean,

I think I'm in agreement with the other posters here. Please could you provide more information about the purpose of your login system, what you wish your clients to have access to, and what you require a payment system for. Then accurate quotes can be provided by bidders, and will attract more bids.

Hi Sean

1.Please can you give some idea of the email to clients functionality. Is it to send a standard email to ALL clients eg. at end of tax year -or- is it to send a standard letter to a specific client?
2.Likewise we would need to know the purpose of the client login and payment gateway - is it to pay client invoices/tax?
3. The HTML source - presumably it is another of your sites? Is it a CMS site - if so what kind?
4. Forms - how many and degree of complexity? Are they standard contact forms -or- online tax / accounts forms.

the email functionality will be able to send specific information to each client on specific calendar days. ie, reminder that of when their accounts are due to prompt them to gather their records and get them to us.

the html feed is from an external site, we pay a monthly fee for them to feed accounts/tax updates to our site.

please feel freed to have a look at our current site.... this was a DIY job. I require something 100% better than this.

Hi Sean,
i think in the client login area, after login client will see:
1. the status of their company accounts.
2. any important accouncement from you.
3. if the accounts are prepared than it should be available in pdf or word format to download
4. monthly payments due
5. client detail and change password option.

Hi Zashan,

These are exactly the reasons I require a client login. We also provide credit control from numberous clients, we would like our client to be able to see the status of the debt ie how much is outstanding to them, and by who if possible.
