Title:Accountant needed to do simple company accounts
Location:Anywhere
HI,
I have a company that is no longer trading, but did trade a small amount of time in accounting period march 2007 to march 2008
I need company accounts done for the company and the deadline to give it in is 19th Jan to the authoriites.
The company was in loss, and the amount of transactions was minimal- it was an online educational company that taught technical analysis and I also did a seminar with this compnay.
The transactions are very simple:
Money In:
-2 cash depsosits into bank account for seminar
-2 deposiots into bank account from online merchant account
Money out:
- hotel cost for seminar
- programming for online site
-copywriter for online site
-marketing course for online advertising
-2 online advertising invoices
- a few computer/hardware purchases for the business
I also need to shut this company down as it has not been trading since march 2008- and so want to totally remove this company from the register.
I assume after you go through all my invoices and bank account statements, the above costs are all \"useable\" in the cost side of the business which means that the company was overall in a loss. So no tax is required ro be paid.
I need this all done and submitted before the 19th of Jan 2010 to the authorities
I live in Slough/Windsor
Please let me know how much you can do this for and how quick
regards,
Mr K Kaushal
