Description
As a Limited Company in its first year of trading I require an accountant to assist with ensuring my accounting practices to date are in line and to advise on anything else I need to be doing.
My accounts are currently ran in the online software FreeAgent so being familiar with this is an advantage.
The main thing is making sure I are doing things right for my annual return which is due 01/06/2012. I would require someone to help me with this also.
Please bid with details of what work you feel you would need to do and what time period this would cover. ( How regular would you need to work on this?)
This area is a bit new to me so someone who will lead us to best practices for the future would be a great advantage.
