Job Description

1. receive disc Sage from my book-keeper.
2. meet for 45 - 60 minutes, any queries sort out. Could be on the phone. Or meeting in southampton central library cafe on a Wed / Thur / Fri at a mutually convenient time (or Portsmouth on a Tuesday morning only).
3. prepare draft accounts to same format as my last ones.
email it to me as pdf.
4. deal with any queries from me (max. 1 hour to resolve).
5. submit accounts online to Inland Revenue.
6. mail me 2 copies of the accounts by recorded delivery

The account are fairly simple, I run a mail order business as a sole trader.
