Job Description

NMS uses SalesForce.com for its CRM and an in-house developed ASP / SQl database for licence generation and management.

The company wishes to have a page (or set of pages) on its website that enables users to request a 30 day free trial of its various software products (6 in total).

The pages will need to interact with both the SalesForce.com Lead system and the ASP Serial number system,

In an ideal world the customer will only provide each piece of required information once. However, most of the information will need to be stored in each system.

On submission, the form should validate that there is data in each field and should check that the email address is valid containing at an @ and at least on full stop. (Any other validation is a bonus.)

If the information is valid the form should do three things:

%u2022 Generate a licence using the ASP system and insert into the licence database

%u2022 Email the licence to the customer (the email to contain a link to the downloads page and information about how to get support during their trial. I envisage that the email will also have the user guide and telephone systems connection guides attached.)

%u2022 Enter the data in the Leads part of Salesforce.

It is anticipated that an experenced ASP developer could do this work within a couple of hours. Sample ocde from each system will be provided.

Copyright & Intellectual Property in the developed code will be the sole property of New Media Software Ltd and ownership will transfer upon payment to the chosen supplier.

Here are some practical tips on staying safe

Never pay any money to Clients and or provide sensitive details like your Bank information, Credit Card or Passwords
Never accept a Job if you have been directed away from PeoplePerHour to another website
