i am looking to hire a holiday cottage / house in the Galway area of Ireland in January 2010 for two people for 4 days, for a client \'retreat\'. i need somebody efficient, courteous and thorough (but not obsessive!!) to find the right premises please - web links provided.

i will provide you with the ten criteria for the right place. i would like the work to be done as soon as possible. it will involve calling and maybe chasing cottage owners in Ireland (rather than emailing them) to check suitability and availability of their premises (where the web write up doesn\'t already make it clear).

please bid ASAP as i would like the work completed by Friday lunch time, and do ask any questions or make any suggestions that you can.

hi Kirsty - :-) submit away! i am half irish and as it was in ireland it seemed a bit colonial to then ask a uk person to do it! but it's fine, thanks for checking. Paul

We have spoken about a previous role you advertised here. Although I am not based in Ireland I would be able to undertake this research for you and deliver back using your objectives by Friday lunchtime. Dear Paul,

I am sorry that it is Galway you are looking for because I have the ideal place in Tipperary nestled in the Knockmealdown mountains with lovely views of the Galtees. A recently completed stone cottage conversion of the highest quality - I can email pictures etc. This cottage is located far enough from town to be secluded but not too far that it is remote. Is Galway an absolute or would you consider Tipperary ? Please let me know, there would be no charge and I can send you on what ever details you require. Regards Lara Broadhurst

Paul, apologies - that is there would be no charge to send you on the details etc - cost of cottage can be negotiated. We are 40 minutes from Cork airport and approx 1 hr 10 minutes from Shannon. Thanks, Lara
