Description
Experience Level: Expert
We are producing an iPhone and iPad game based on the popular 1970's British series The Clangers created by Oliver Postgate and Peter Firmin (search for The Clangers on YouTube). Due to our overwhelming workload, we need a 3D Model of one of the Clangers to be created in Blender3D.
The models need to have armatures inside so that we can set the model to create stop-motion like animations that will be included in the actual game. The game itself will not be sold with the actual 3D models included - they will only be used to create animations for the game.
The really important thing is to get the hand-made feel of the original puppet which we have been very lucky enough to be able to borrow for the creation of the game. The original is 22cm tall and comprises a knitted pink "skin" with wooden feet and an embroidered "armour". The fingers are made from pipe-cleaners and the hair is brown felt with a red felt bow.
If you need any closer images, I can photograph the original model and send them over. It is not possible to send the actual puppet due to it's rarity and value.
Any questions - please ask.
