3D Graphic Designer

Looking for a reasonable priced Graphic Designer to make images in 3D relating to roads in UK, Insert Images of cars such as a Audi, trees, buildings, walls, hedges and adjust road layouts e.g wider and narrow roads, insert bends also my logos will be provided. This project you may have to use different software’s, different layers. The design and images will be provided by me you have to make them look real e.g make a crossroad, then make another crossroad on a bend
The Designer must be creative, unique, have own thoughts and ideas on the booklet layout. Basically must be eye catching, professional once completed. It is an A4 size in PDF format required around 20 pages will be required of images. I am looking for a good quality production on these images, to look real as possible (none to be cartoony)
I'm looking for example of previous work, experienced and quality would be ideal if you had some knowledge in my area i.e. safe driving for learners (not essential) around 6-8 week’s time scale I am looking at.
