3 page microsite built into Wordpress

I need a 3 page microsite being added to a wordpress site, using the Sight theme, needing a developer who is fluent with PHP, MySQL and Java.

The objective of the microsite is to modify the hack that was created at instantmusicvideo.appspot.com using Google App Engine\'s Python framework, so that users can upload their own music from Soundcloud to add new audio to an embedded, pre-selected group of advertisements which will be uploaded to the VSM YouTube page. I have the source code for instantmusicvideo from the coder available on request. I have attached a zipped folder of two files: a wireframe of the site that I need and another file with the wireframe greyed out, with comments in red to direct the coder.
