2d to 3d Render Software

We are looking for an experienced programmer to develop a software package that will turn a series 2d images into high-res 3d model. The 2d images will be taken from a variety of angles (front, side, top etc) and need to be uploaded to an online platform. From here all information will be software package to incorporate a high-res editable mesh and apply texture to the 3d model, to then export to a 3d printer.

We have identified a number of software packages (123D Catch / Neitra 3D) that follow the same principal as this brief, however we feel this does not provide the high-end result we are after, as a result we are looking to hire a freelancer. The programming language is completely up to the proposer, as long as it can provide the end result we are looking then we are happy.

The Proposer will need to display programming experience within 3d software packages, and programming skills in general. We are looking for the Proposer to provide us with an online platform where users can log in and upload there images, to then be extracted to the software package. The Proposer will need to develop a 2d to 3D program that is intuitive, requiring little manual input, meaning all meshes, smoothing modifiers, and texture applications are applied without need for secondary interaction, and most importantly to be export a high-end output of 3d print standard.
