Title: ADMIN AND BOOK KEEPING for small business
Location:London
Job Description
I run a small coaching business. I have one or two large clients and travel a fair amount for them. I need assistance, booking travel, invoicing, credit control and book keeping including VAT and tax returns. You will need to liaise with my accountant from time to time. I would prefer the possibility of face-to-face contact perhaps once a month, so you would need to live in London. I live in central London.

S. S. on 11/10/2010 14:59HI Aimee, I have been using a VA/PA who i know doesn't use a 'package' - she has worked in finance for years and as far as i know she has just set up bog-standard excel sheets... Whomever takes over this work will have a proper hand-over with her. She is extremely organised so taking over will be very smooth. No lose ends!

S. S. on 11/10/2010 16:02no, you don't have to live in london, but occasional face-to-face communication would be important.
A. S. on 11/10/2010 16:38Hello Siobhan. I have put in a bid for your position, but as you do not state the reqiured hours I have put 10. I am prepared to give many more hours if necessary but if I put more in I had to UP the deposit required so please take this into consideration when sifting through your applicants. Many thanks. Aileen

S. S. on 11/10/2010 16:49Hi Aileen, thanks for your email. I didn't see a 'tickbox' for putting in the hours, but am talking with my outgoing PA this afternoon and will have a better idea of her hours. Will get back to you then. Can say now for sure however, that it is a lot less than 10 - i presume you meant 10 hours per week.
A. S. on 11/10/2010 16:59Thanks for your quick response. Yes I did mean 10 hours per week. Thats fine, thank you. I was unsure on your requirements. Hope to hear from you soon.
