What you get with this Offer
A technician will remotely connect and take control of the clients Windows computer to investigate, troubleshoot and diagnose issues the client is experiencing with their computer. (The method or software used to remotely take over the computer can be discussed or Windows Remote Assistance can be used) (*Terms and Conditions Apply)
After diagnosis has been complete a possible solution will be suggested to the client and the client will be given the choice to decide if they are happy with the technician to apply such solution and resolve the issue immediately or schedule an alternate time to implement such solution and resolve the issue. What the Freelancer needs to start the work
- The client will need to provide a description of the issue they are experiencing with their Windows PC including error messages, screenshots, etc. If they are not sure how to or are unable to describe the issue and/or take screenshots of the issue or error messages, they can still purchase this service and describe or show the technician the issue after the technician remotely takes over their computer however they will need to be aware that this will require additional time to investigate, troubleshoot and diagnose the issue.
- The client need to have a working internet connection in order for the technician to remotely take over their computer.
- The client need to specify the date, time and number of hours they will be available for a technician to investigate, troubleshoot and diagnose the issue (minimum of at least 1 hour will be required + time to resolve)
- If after investigation, troubleshooting and diagnoses the client wants the issues resolved at an alternate time, the client will be required to purchase the add-on service (I can schedule an alternate time to resolve the issue).
