I work as a part-time model and fashion blogger, as well as being a major health and fitness lover. I was diagnosed with IBS and gastritis about three years ago and have made massive changes to my diet. As someone who used to live off pasta, Nutella (out of the jar...), biscuits and other junk food, I now have found immense pleasure in learning what foods to replace those with whilst still enjoying what I'm eating. I also love experimenting with healthy baking (aka sugar-free, low-fat, low-carb and the likes).
I would be happy to send you a detailed document (1000 words) on good foods and bad, what natural sweetners to use to replace sugar, what to use to replace yeast, what to use to replace milk and dairy, what low-carb alternatives there are to carb-y foods such as pasta, pancakes, potatoes, etc., and so on, even some of my favourite personal easy to make recipes.
The document will also advise you on supplements I have had personal experience with and how they may benefit your gut, if you have any digestive issues. I will also include links on where you can buy these items (I am not affiliated with any of the brands), as well as some great online health stores I use.
Finally, I will include what little ways there are to improve your fitness (excluding the obvious - the gym) on a daily basis so that you can treat yourself to the occasional guilt-free dessert/meal without regretting it the next day.
