Help you to configure a CRM for your startup

Even young startups need good and efficient organisation and tools. And whatever the business you run, you need a CRM system.

- What for? -
You need to have a good follow-up of your prospects and customers: what email you sent to them, what is the progress of your prospection, what are your customers expectations? Better you know your customers and prospects better you can address their needs.
And if you want to avoid a nightmare to manage this later, you need to start this asap and start feeding your CRM as soon as you setup your business.

- The target of this package -
The target of this package is to help you to configure your CRM system.
If you don't have a CRM yet I can propose you to review some Cloud Based solutions that can feet with your business, based on your budget.
If you already have Salesforce, I can help you to configure it.

- How is it organised -
Pre-session:
In order to be efficient, I will send you first a form to complete so I understand your needs before we talk and can start thinking about what need to be done.
I will then define the content of the 3 sessions and will end you an agenda.

Then we will have 3 hours split in 3 different days.
- The first session will be to recheck your needs if required, define the more appropriate solution if you didn't define it yet and start to configure the tool.
- The second session will be additional configuration of the tool.
- The third session is a training session to show you how to make additional configuration and maintain your system. You will need this so you can make configurations on your own.

This package does not include any customer development but the tool we will choose will allow you to do most of the things you need via configuration.

I implemented CRM systems from scratch in 3 companies (1 CAC40 company and 2 startups). I will give you all the best practices so you start with a CRM that helps you during your first years and that is scalable in a long term.
In addition, I will provide you advises. I am often challenging companies in their process so they get the best from the tools they use.
