Develop a new e-commerce website

What you get with this Offer
Let me guess, you are a little bit unsure of where to start?
I found when I was first starting out that I came across loads and loads of different people that told me they could deliver a website for me, but I couldn't really find anyone that understood the website from a business point of view as well.
I had questions like, what the hell is SEO, do I need to use google adwords, how do I get the right kinds of traffic to my website? How do I successfully manage my stock control over multiple sales channels? the list goes on..
So what do I actually get in this hourlie.
1) - Spend a little bit of time on the old dog and bone (that's phone to me and you)
We will have an initial consultation of up to 30 minutes. During this time we will talk about you, your business and what your goals are.
This will help me to get a better understanding of your needs and gauge what type of website would best suit your current and long term ambitions.
2) - Let's talk design shall we!
It's really important for any e-commerce website to reflect your brand identity. What do you want your website to say to customers? What message do you want to convey through visual representation. These things may sound silly, but as always, it's the little things that make the big difference.
3) - How's about we get this show on the road?
Once we have agreed a design and you are happy with it I can get on and do all of the geeky tech parts.
4 - So what now I hear you cry!
Like I said earlier, it can be pretty daunting when you first step out in to the big wide world of the web. Just remember if you choose me I offer 3 hours of personal mentoring and support after the website has gone live to make sure that you are on the right track.
If you have any questions about any of the above then please e-mail me. I do enjoy a good chin wag!

London, United KingdomProject started off well, initial communication was good, as project due to a close and payment was received, communication was very poor to non- existent and we felt actually that we were being purposely ignored. We was told we would have on-going web maintenance support but yet again this didn’t materialise. Not sure why there was such an abrupt ending and this was never explained by John himself, in fact when we did finally manage to reach John after two weeks of chasing his response was very blasé. Wholly the experience at the end of this project was very very disappointing as we initially had been very pleased with John and would have happily recommended his service to others. However following his unprofessional behaviour we unfortunately will not be able to do so and would not use his services again.

Grossly unfair description of what actually happened. There is little point in me arguing my case as I wish to maintain professionalism at all times, and all costs. What I would say is that 55 100% reviews and counting says it all. I wish you every success in the future.

Glasgow, United KingdomIt was fantastic working with John. He understood straight away what I needed and did a fantastic job. Very quick at replying to e-mails and delivered a fast and professional service.
I can't recommend him highly enough! I'm already discussing other jobs with him. Definite 5 starsSlope M.
Thanks Karen, I very much look forward to us working together on the next project.
