Instructional Design

- Make minor to mild content updates to:
 course content, learning interactions and/or activities
- Enhance learning experience
- Design learning interactions

Project Management
- Manage content edits while ensuring new edits are integrated
- Handles communication with key stakeholders

***PRODUCTION PHASE****
eLearning Design (Captivate or Articulate)
- Creates prototype
- Shows course's user interface and user experience
- Designs the theme

eLearning Development
- Transfer content from original documentation into eLearning tool
- Program the course
- Create the learning interactions
- Create knowledge checks and final quiz in the preferred eLearning application
- Test eLearning

Review cycle
Alpha Review to identify and fix technical-functional bugs, and make minor changes to content, learning interactions, knowledge checks and final quiz

Beta Validation to ensure all technical bugs have been fixed and stakeholder is happy with the changes to the instructional content

Zeta Delivery with client sign-off
