The kinds of services I provide consist of:
Data Management - ranging from basic data entry tasks to advanced data management
Transcription – non-native accents included
Calendar Management - full management of one or more calendars (using either Google's Business Apps or other calendar management software)
Event planning - includes guest listing, event advertising, scheduling and other tasks
Travel Arrangements - whole package, with sightseeing and other events planning
Project Management - I'm proficient in Basecamp, Asana and Productive. Includes handling a few projects at a time.
Team Management - working with team members, dividing tasks to members (creating deadlines and a standard of output quality required from a member), updating
Social Media Management - working with Facebook, Twitter, etc. Updating on a client required frequency
Client and Customer Support - responding to inquiries, requests and acting as a median between contractor and client
Phone Support - receiving and making phone calls (for any purpose), customer support and similar
Bookkeeping - at a basic level, used FreshBooks
Some of the software and applications I'm proficient in are: MS Office Suite, Balsamiq, Basecamp, FreshBooks, Google Business Apps, Hangouts, Skype, Anymeeting, Dropbox, etc.
