Well webgen was somewhat helpful, although i had to hire someone else because work was on hold for so long.

Was interested initially since they've promised to deliver everything I've wanted. I'd given them a thorough and detailed description and had to repeat a lot of times. Should deliver within a few days but after 2 weeks, only 25% of work delivered. Communication was a huge problem. It was only then they've told me what I've wanted wasn't possible and had raised the time and also the fixed fee. I had to choose a different designer by then. Work quality is below expectations. I've worked with other developers and they're much better - check Scott. I'm sure these guys have some expertise/skills but no clue in designing sense. It makes things harder despite I've given them a jpeg of the exact layout I've wanted. If design doesn't really matter much to you then by all means use them. If design matters than you should try UK or US based designers. Mine was UK based and he was fantastic. Communication remains a huge problem too. Each of my emails are repeating itself over and over again. I do not recommend if a bit of design flair is an important aspect to you. For the benefit of everyone, I really hope they'll improve in the future.

All excellent for a job relating to porting over products from an old ecomm site to Magento and installing the site, tweaking style sheets and modifying various elements of the structure.
