An Ex-Junior Warrant Officer of Indian Air Force having 20 years of experience Electrical Equipment. Supervised a team of 120 personnel effectively, Imparted training to the personnel. Dealt with Establishment and Policy implementation. Conducted co-ordination of meetings at various levels. Maintained the correspondence and documentation of above said activities and made written reports to higher formations.

Presently working in SBI Life as Advisor since Oct 2009. Achieved very good periodical sales targets. Within six months of joining the business achieved RSM(Regional Sales Manager) Club(2009-10). Developed and implemented innovative strategies during the current financial year (2010-2011) and already become a member of MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table). A premier club of International professional Business Development associates. Always aimed at enhancement of business volumes through promotions and innovative thinking.
